Silvermine Mountains East Top: East Top is Easy Top

You can make it to the top in 15 minutes, as I did, if you don't mind being short of breath for your attack on the West Top. If you ran it'd be even less.

Still relatively easy to get to, the forest is reclaiming the trig. Will require hacking in 18-24 months I'd guess.
