Track Rating ..
[RWD version 1 ] Easy ridge walk to wee Benbaun, then Benbrack, followed by a very steep climb (some scrambling) to Muckanaght. After the steep decent to the col, a relatively easy climb of Benfree and Benbaun. Care needed on the decent (boulder fields) to Glencorbet. Muckanaght can be avoided by picking a route from the col below Benbrack to the col between Muckanaght and Benfree.
(Please note: There has been an issue recently with regard to some walkers parking irresponsibly in Kylemore village, sometimes blocking or restricting access to locals' homes and moving 'no parking' markers. Mountainviews does not condone parking that in any way inconveniences local residents, landowners, farmers etc. (There is plenty of parking to be had at the start of Lettershanbally Nature Walk, a 15 minute walk away.)
